Registration

When and how can I register for the event?
Registration is already open. You may register online now by simply clicking on the Register Button in the top right corner of your screen. Please note that we do not accept paper registrations.

Can I pay cash for my registration fee?
We unfortunately do not accept cash or check.

How do I know if I am registered?
Our system should have sent you a confirmation email at the time of registration. Please check your spam / junk email folders. You may also login to your active.com account and select “My Events”.

I paid for my registration and received a confirmation email but I am not seeing the event listed in “My Events” within my active.com portal?
In certain circumstances, you may need to claim your registration. This happens if Active might have been logged in into a different account at the time of registration. NOT TO WORRY you can are still registered and confirmed for the event. Simply email our team at [email protected] and we will be happy to walk you through the process.

I won’t be able to attend the event. Can I give my bib to someone else?
While we do understand that things happen (injuries, business trips, family emergency, pregnancy, etc.) you may absolutely not give or sell your number to anyone else. Similar to an airplane ticket or medical record, entries to the race are absolutely NOT Transferable. Entries once purchased may not be resold, exchanged or given to another person. To do so is a form of fraud. And anyone who uses another persons bib commits both fraud and false impersonation. And now the law also views a bib as a form of medical record.
It is understood that other events are using law enforcement in settings where someone tries to buy or sell an entry through Craigslist or Facebook. Such actions involving the internet are also a Federal offense as well as violation of applicable State laws.
If you cannot participate after you have registered, you may still Transfer to our Virtual Run Option or check for our Transfer & Cancellation policy.

Packet Pick-Up

When and where do I pick up my race number?
All Runners are required to pick up their bib and shirt at our Active LifeStyle expo prior to the race. Please visit the expo page of our website for more details including address, hours etc..

Do you mail bibs?
We are happy to offer a Race Bib Delivery Option for all our events. Please note that the option is only available for a certain time prior to race weekend. No shirts will be mailed. If you purchased the Bib Mail Delivery option, we still encourage you to join us at the Expo to pick up your shirt. Should you not be able to attend, you may pick up your shirt on race morning BEFORE the start of the race.

I Paid for the Race Bib Delivery. Haven’t received it. What should I do?
Bibs are mailed a couple weeks prior to the event. As we get closer to race week and if you paid for the race bib delivery but still haven’t received it, simply email our team at [email protected] and we will be happy to provide you with an update AND/OR a solution, should your bib have gotten lost in the mail.

Can someone else pick up my race packet at the expo?
The Active LifeStyle expo is part of the fun and open to everyone – you do not want to miss it. Should you not be able to attend the expo, you may have a friend pick up your race packet on your behalf.
• Make sure that you have signed the electronic waiver in your active account
• Make sure your friend has a copy of your registration confirmation email
