Join us on Sunday, March 4, 2018. Secure your spot for the 2018 Livermore Half Marathon and enjoy a well deserved glass of wine or beer from one of the local wineries and breweries at the Finish Line.

Once you cross the finish line, you’ll refuel as well as be awarded your well deserved finisher’s medal and commemorative wine glass.

To celebrate the completion of 13.1 miles, we are bringing some of the finest local wineries and breweries for tasting.

Packet Pickup


Important: We are dedicated to making this the best event to date, this includes getting all runners in and out of the site in a timely manner and ensuring a smooth start. All runners (including both Half marathon and 5K runners) are required to pick up their race packet at the Expo on Saturday, March 3, 2018. Should you neither be able to attend the Expo nor have a friend pick it up on your behalf, you MUST select the Race Day Packet Pick-up option in your Active.com account and pay the additional fee.

The fee for race day packet pick up is $35.

The date to have your bib mailed has passed. Please make arrangements to have your bib picked up at the Race Expo on Saturday, March 3rd.

If you cannot attend the event after you have registered, you may still pick up your shirt at the Expo on Saturday, March 3, 2018.
No medal or shirt will be mailed. No exception.
Once we receive and accept your entry, you will not receive a refund if you cannot participate, you may not give or sell your race number to anyone else, and you may not transfer your entry fee to future races.
If you attempt to sell your race number, you may not be able to participant in future events.
You must be in good health.
You must show your photo ID to receive your race number and timing chip.
Race numbers are required to participate.
You must be at least 12 years old to participate in the Half Marathon. If accompanied by a parent or guardian, any age can participate in the 5K.
No bikes, in-line skates, skateboards, baby joggers or dogs will be allowed on the course.
Course Limit: 3hours

Livermore is located 40 miles East of downtown San Francisco. I-580, Exit N. Livermore Ave.

From the West:
Follow I-580 E to exit N. Livermore Ave.

From the East:
Follow I-580 W to exit N. Livermore Ave.

Participants will need to park in the public parking lots off of Railroad Ave in between Livermore Ave and S. L St. There is also a large parking garage north east of Livermore Ave and Railroad Ave.

Transfers & Cancellations

Entry fees are non-refundable.
We appreciate you, as our customer, and understand that sometimes you just can’t make the race. We have created a great policy that offers you several different options, in the event you cannot attend on race day. You may choose only one of the options below:

Defer Your Entry: You may defer your entry to another date or event within the Golden State Half Series event portfolio. Deferrals are allowed and must be processed by the Event registration manager. An administration fee of $25 will be charged in the event you defer. Deferrals expire after 12 months. Athlete may request a deferral by submitting an email request prior to February 11, 2018. NO EXCEPTION.

Purchase Event Protection: Booking Protect is offered through the ACTIVE Network, and provides insurance to runners so that they can get their entry fees back if they can’t participate in running events for covered reasons. The product, called Booking Protect is located in the registration path on Active. All refunds and claims will go through Booking Protect.

Transfers: You may not give or sell your number to anyone else. Bib transfers are allowed for an administration charge of $25 and must be processed through the ACTIVE Network registration portal no later than February 4th, 2018.
