Are there any refunds?
Destination Races does not offer any refunds. We offer credits but no actual refunds. If you have purchased a race and cannot run it, you may do a transfer for a $20 fee. Try looking at our Facebook Page for runners looking to buy a bib.

What time does the race start?
This race starts at 7:00am PST.

Where can I view maps of the course?

Where can I learn about transportation to and from the race?
See the Travel page for details.

What is allowed, or not permitted on course?
This varies from race to race; see Race Info for details.

What happens if I become injured on course?
Medical aid is provided at designated aid stations along the course and will be equipped to provide basic first aid. EMT service is positioned at the start line and will follow the runners to the finish. The main medical tent is located at the finish line and is available to assist runners with various ailments. Participants who require medical evaluation on the course may be transported to a local hospital.

What happens if I cannot finish the race or keep the minimum required pace?
Transportation to the finish area for stranded or slow walkers without medical problems is provided via the SAG vehicle. In the event you cannot finish the race, please make your way to the nearest aid station and ask for SAG assistance. The SAG vehicle will be following the final runner/walker and will pick up as they pass aid stations.

When will the results be available?
Typically, all race results are posted within a few hours after the race. Visit the Results & Photos page for more details.

When are the official race photos available?
You will be able to download your 2017 race photos for free and share across your social channels following the race. Photos are usually ready 3-5 days after the race.

Are volunteers needed for the race?
Yes, the race wouldn’t exist without the support from hundreds of volunteers! While we have various organizations that provide volunteers, we also welcome individuals to sign up to volunteer. Please visit the Volunteers page for more details.

I am having trouble processing my online registration. Can someone help?

I did not receive, or I lost my registration confirmation email, can I get another?
First check to make sure your registration was charged. If so, email your request to [email protected] or call 877-228-4881.

How do I find out if I am registered?
Visit myevents.active.com and sign in to see if you are registered.

I found a mistake in my registration information. How can I edit my registration?
To edit your registration or add merchandise, go to your Active homepage and edit your event here: http://myevents.active.com

How can I add Race Extras to my registration?
Race Extras can be selected during registration or if you have already registered, you may purchase them separately. See Race Extras page for details.

How do I register a team?
See Team Registration information on the Course & Registration Options page. Note: The team category requires each person to run the half marathon. You must have a minimum of six persons on the team when registration closes to qualify as a team and receive the discounted entry.

Can I switch from an individual entry to a team, or vice-versa?
Yes, you can make that switch by editing your registration online. If you are switching from an individual registration to join a team, you will not receive a credit online and there are NO processing fees. You will be charged when switching from a team to the individual category due to insufficient team members.

When can I pick up my packet?
The Race Expo is held the day before the race and is open to the public and free. We recommend attending the expo! However, Early Packet Pickup and Race Day Packet Pickup services are available for the runners that cannot make the Race Expo. See Expo page for details.

Can someone pick up my packet for me?
Yes, you may authorize a friend, teammate or family member to pick up your race packet for you. They must bring a copy of your photo ID to packet pickup. Be sure to have them look up your bib number first upon arrival as bibs are distributed by number, not alphabetically.

If I cannot run what options do I have?
Refunds are NOT allowed, but you may transfer your registration to another runner or request a partial credit to a future race. Details can be found on the Transfers & Credits page.
