Join us at Early Packet Pickup in Downtown Portland to pick up your race bib and t-shirt, then stick around for wine tasting and small bites from Cooper’s Hall.

Cooper’s Hall Transportation and Parking Information

Cooper’s Hall is located in inner SE Portland at 404 SE 6th Ave, Portland,
OR 97214.

If driving, you will need to use street parking in the neighborhood
surrounding Cooper’s Hall. Please note that some spots in the area are
metered parking, always check for signage near your parking spot.

Cooper’s Hall is also easily accessible by public transit using the Trimet
Streetcar, or Trimet bus route #6. If travelling Southbound, use the stop
located at SE Martin Luther King Ave & Stark St (stop ID # 13613). If
travelling Northbound, use the stop located at SE Grand Ave and Stark St
(stop ID # 13597). For full route information and public transit

* Runners Photo ID is required to pick up your race bib and shirt. You may designate another person to pick up your race packet but a copy of YOUR photo ID will be required.

1:00pm – “Insiders Guide to the Oregon Wine Country Half Marathon” Presented by Race Director Matt Dockstader. Everything you need to know about logistics, transportation, the course, and festival, and what to expect on race morning.

At the Race Expo on Saturday, there will be two FREE Kids Fun Run opportunities.

  • 12:00 PM – the 0.5 mile race starts
  • 12:30 PM – the 1.3 mile race starts

Pre-Race Dinner @ Left Coast Cellars
Prepare for Race day with a hearty and delicious meal perfect to fuel your body for the 13.1 miles. Enjoy dining, mingling, and sipping on delicious Oregon wines with Destination Races’ Race Director and Announcer as well as fellow runners including Elites and VIPs during this festive evening!

About the venue: Left Coast was founded in 2003 in a leap of faith. The family estate was slowly developed over the years with a pioneer spirit and a sense of adventure. We’ve grown to over 500 acres and our passion is hand crafted all estate wines. Each individual vineyard block is specially hand picked and fermented to exemplify the unique traits of that vineyard. Our devotion to our wines has lead to a similar devotion to our land. We care about our estate and want to ensure that it will be well sustained for future generations. That’s why our vineyards and winery are LIVE certified sustainable. The estate is over 90% solar powered and we’ve committed over 130 acres of land to act as permanent ecological compensation zones that provide valuable native habitat for local wildlife. Wine + Music Festival

Wine & Music Festival – Presented by Ken Wright Cellars @ Downtown Carlton

Once you cross the finish line, the celebration gets underway with the Post Race Wine and Music Festival presented by Ken Wright Cellars in the heart of the Carlton! There will be over 20 wineries and Lagunitas Brewing Company pouring at the event, along with live music! The Awards ceremony will take place at 10:30am so be sure to stick around and enjoy the fun. This event is open to guests so bring your friends and family to celebrate with you.

For guests to take part in the wine tasting, runners may pre-purchase a wine glass during registration or through Race Extras. Up to 3 additional wine glasses may be purchased for guests. Learn more.

Guest Wine Tasting Fee: $30 (includes glass)

A stub on your race bib will indicate how many wine glasses you have purchased (so please do not lose or alter your race bib). Once you cross the finish line go to the wine glass tent to pick up your wristband and wine glass. If you purchased a glass for guests they must accompany you to receive their wine glass. Be prepared to show ID for proof of age, if asked.
