Fitness vs. Football Season

Football season’s back for another year and you can practically smell pumpkin spice in the air…the familiar signs of fall are here already! While football gives us plenty to look forward to throughout autumn, the end of summer tends to throw off our fitness groove.

While we may stuff ourselves silly with buffalo wings and beer these next few months, fall temperatures are the most ideal for running. It’s one of the only times of year you don’t have to prep for heatstroke or frostbite. If the weather’s willing to cooperate, the least you can do is meet her halfway!
