Join fellow runners led by yoga instructor, Briana Mitchell, for pre-race yoga practice. Two classes will be offered on Friday, May 10th at the Lifestyle & Fitness EXPO; the first class at 1:30 p.m. and the second at 4:30 p.m. Classes will take place on the grass in Solvang Park. Feel free to bring your yoga mat, towel or just yourself!
On race morning, Saturday, May 11th, stretch our your muscles and get ready for your race with a 5:30 a.m. sunrise yoga class on the grass at Solvang Park! Come join us for sun salutations before your race.
