Love Run Date Change Policy
First, we want to thank you for all of your support through this very difficult, ever changing time. We assure you that any decision we have made and will make moving forward is in the best interest of our runners, endurance family and community.
We realize that the postponement of our race (and so many others) has affected each of you very deeply and we want to do everything in our power to offer you a positive resolution.
The impending cancellation brought our team together to act swiftly and efficiently to do everything in our power to secure a new date. We were beyond ecstatic that the Philadelphia Parks and Recreation and the City of Philadelphia were able to grant us a new permit.
Thank you, thank you, thank you Philly because we are going to have an epic Love Run on 10.10.20. We will come out of this stronger and more united than ever and we are going to make the Love Run race weekend a centerpiece to help local businesses recover from this entire episode. We hope all of you will join us!
Following are the Love Run 2020 Date Change Policies (Please note all requests must be submitted by 4.10.20):
All March 29th participants will automatically be rolled over to the new October 10, 2020 date. You do not need to do anything at this time.
Deferral: You can get a 100% deferral into the 2021 Love Run Half Marathon & 7.6K. You must submit this deferral request by April 10th; after said date you will be rolled into the 10.10.20 event.
We want to thank you again for your kind words, patience, and also your positive energy as we work towards suitable resolutions for all of you.

FAQ’s
Q. I had my 3.29 packet mailed to me – so I already got the shirt and bib -what does this mean now that the date has changed?
A. We’ll mail your bib again for the October race at no charge. You will receive a new bib in October but not a second shirt. Note: your original bib will be voided out of the system and assigned to a new runner.
Q. I deferred my 3.29 entry can I have it reinstated to race on 10.10.20?
A. Yes. Please email Suzanne on our team at s.negro@cgiracing.com to be reinstated.
Q. I ordered an Itab – what now?
A. That will be added to your 10.10.20 entry.
Q. I bought the photo package – what now?
A. That will be added to your 10.10.20 entry.
Q. What is the new race weekend schedule?
A. Expo Friday 10/9 9:00 am – 6:30 PM; Race Day Saturday 10/10
Q. Unfortunately October 10th does not work for me, what do I do?
A. Please reach out to us at info@cgiracing.com.
Q. When will registration re-open for the October 10th race?
A. Registration will open on Tuesday, March 17th.
