About Deena Kastor

Deena Kastor is a long-distance runner who won the bronze medal in the 2004 Olympic marathon and holds the American record for the marathon (2:19:36), as well as masters world records for the 10K, 15K, 10 miles, 20K and half marathon. Along with her husband Andrew Kastor, she is instrumental in the Mammoth Track Club. A passionate foodie and oenophile, Kastor is also an author, and her book, "Let Your Mind Run," will be available in Spring 2018.
