All participants must sign the Love Run waiver form.

You must be at least 13 years old to participate.

You must be in good health and physically prepared to take on the challenge.

You must show photo ID to receive your race number and timing tag.

Coaches, baby-joggers, bikes, dogs, in-line skates, skateboards or dogs will not be allowed on the course.

If you attempt to sell your race number, you may be banned from future racing.

Walkers Welcome

Please note – while all runners will be chip timed, the course cut off will be determined from the official start of the race or gun time.  We have factored in the time it will take for the last corrals to cross the start line. While all entries are non-refundable and non-transferable below you will find options that will assure you, your entry fee investment is protected.

COVID-19 2020 Policy

We realize many of you have questions regarding our policies in the event we had to cancel the October 10, 2020 race weekend. For peace of mind, we want to let you know what would happen if the COVID-19 pandemic continues and it is determined that the event cannot take place as planned. If that were to happen we will offer the following options to our registered runners.
– Postponement – if possible we will reschedule the race for a date later in the year.
– 100% deferral to the 2021 event.
– Full transfer to any 2021 race in the Motiv Sports portfolio.

Deferrals:

Participants may defer their race entry from the current year, to the next year, up until 14 days prior to the race. Deferrals must be processed by the registration team. The participant will receive a 50% credit of next year’s entry fee. The deferral will expire after the 2021 event and deferred registrations may not be deferred again. To request a deferral email Suzanne as s.negro@cgiracing.com.

Once you confirm your deferral request, we will cancel your 2020 entry and send you your 50% discount code. You will be required to use the discount code to register yourself in the 2021 event once registration is open. Your discount code will be valid until registration closes or sells out for 2021.

You can join the #PhillyRunsFree program and get a 100% free entry. Simply choose Legacy of Hope individual option when entering, raise just $200 and your entire entry fee is refunded. More importantly, you’ll be helping us cure cancer once and for all in Philadelphia and the region. Read More.
