You must be able to complete the half marathon in 3.5 hours or less.
Race numbers are required to participate – no bandits please.
All participants must sign the Love Run waiver form.
You must be at least 13 years old to participate.
You must be in good health and physically prepared to take on the challenge.
You must show photo ID to receive your race number and timing tag.
Coaches, baby-joggers, bikes, dogs, in-line skates, skateboards or dogs will not be allowed on the course.
If you attempt to sell your race number, you may be banned from future racing.
Please note – while all runners will be chip timed, the course cut off will be determined from the official start of the race or gun time. We have factored in the time it will take for the last corrals to cross the start line. Please plan your training accordingly. If you do not make the cutoff, you may finish unsupported.

Event Cancellation/Refund Policy
Motiv Sports/CGI Racing adheres to the standard endurance industry policy that race entry fees are non-refundable.
Participants will be eligible to defer their race entry from the current year, to the next year, until March 17, 2019 – 14 days before race day at a cost of 50% of next year’s registration by emailing email@example.com.
Transfers: You may not give or sell your number to anyone else. However, bib transfers are allowed for an administration charge of $25 and must be processed through your ACTIVE MyEvents account no later than March 14, 2020. If you transfer your bib, you will receive a refund (minus the $25 administration charge) once the new participant signs up. The new runner will need to pay the full entry fee at the time of the transfer. This process is in place to avoid any fraudulent sales of race numbers.
Log into your MyEvents.ACTIVE.com account and select “Transfer registration” to begin the process.
Registration Category Changes (Race Distance Changes):
Participants will be eligible to change their race category (change between race distances) until March 24, 2020– 7 days before race day (provided there are still available entries in said distance), through the MyEvents portal at no cost. Once within 7 days of race day all changes in race distance must be made at the Solutions table at the Expo for a cost of $10.
Purchase Event Protection:
Booking Protect is offered through the ACTIVE Network, and provides insurance to runners so that they can get their entry fees back if they can’t participate in running events for covered reasons. The product, called Booking Protect, is located in the registration path on Active and can be purchased on the Check-Out page. All claims and refunds will go through Booking Protect.
There is NO rain date, We Go Rain or Shine. In case of inclement weather, management reserves the right to cancel/alter/modify the race/course for safety concerns. In any case there will be No Refunds of race entry fees. Each athlete must accept any such risk of their entry fee paid. There is no complimentary race entry to a future race. All monies collected are used to develop and produce the event, including all race supplies, staffing, and administration. We pledge to make every effort to produce a fair, safe and exciting event for all. Any decision we make to go forth with the race is based on the overall event safety.
