Confirm Your Entry
Go to your myevents.active.com, log into your Active passport and locate The BMW Love Run Philadelphia half marathon event to confirm your registration.

Rules
You must be able to complete the half marathon in 3.5 hours or less.
Race numbers are required to participate – no bandits please.
All participants must sign The BMW Love Runwaiver form.
You must be at least 13 years old to participate.
You must be in good health and physically prepared to take on the challenge.
You must show photo ID to receive your race number and timing tag.
Coaches, baby-joggers, bikes, dogs, in-line skates, skateboards or dogs will not be allowed on the course.
If you attempt to sell your race number, you may be banned from future racing.
Walkers Welcome
Please note – while all runners will be chip timed, the course cut off will be determined from the official start of the race or gun time. We have factored in the time it will take for the last corrals to cross the start line. Please plan your training accordingly. If you do not make the cutoff, you may finish unsupported.
Refund Policy
We offer you several options that will allow you peace of mind and a worry free registration process.
1.Make your registration refundable by adding ACTIVE refund at checkout.
*You must add this option at checkout. It is not available as an added on option after you have already registered.
*Request a Refund/Cancellation by submitting your request to Active Refund per their rules and regulations. Refunds can not be combined with a deferral.
2.Race For Free
You can join the #PhillyRunsFree program and get a 100% free entry. Simply choose Legacy of Hope individual option when entering, raise just $250 and your entire entry fee is refunded no matter what. 3. All entries are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Deferrals:
You can defer your entry to the 2025 event. Deferrals must be processed by the registration team and an administration fee of 50% of your registration fee will be charged. The deferral will expire after the 2025 event and you will not be able to defer your registration again. Deferrals must be requested by emailing s.negro@cgiracing.com no later than February 20, 2024.
Once you confirm your deferral request we will cancel your current entry and send you your 50% off discount code. You will be required to use the discount code to register yourself in the next year’s event once registration is open. Your discount code will be valid until registration closes or sells out for that years race.
Event Cancellation:
There is NO rain date, We Go Rain or Shine. In case of inclement weather, or any other safety issue, management reserves the right to cancel/alter/modify the race/course for safety concerns. In any case there will be No Refunds of race entry fees. Each athlete must accept any such risk of their entry fee paid. All monies collected are used to develop and produce the event, including all race supplies, staffing, and administration. We pledge to make every effort to produce a fair, safe and exciting event for all. Any decision we make to go forth with the race is based on the overall event safety.
